Men’s soccer wins close game

In the first half of Saturday’s match, junior midfielder Fernando Almejo attempts to move the ball through a group of Caltech defenders. After losing its first two conference games against Cal Lutheran and Whittier, the men’s soccer team claimed a 2-1 conference victory over Caltech. The win left the Leopards with a 1-2 conference record and 3-3-1 overall for the season. The Leopards will travel to Chapman at 7 p.m. Saturday to take on the Panthers. / photo by Ryan Gann
